Preferred Name

To add your preferred name, you'll need to log in to our web app and update your profile. This cannot be changed in the mobile app at this time.

1. Log in via a browser, such as Chrome
2. In the top right corner, click your initial (or avatar) icon to open the menu
3. Click Account
4. Click Personal information
5. Click Edit in the top right
6. Enter your preferred name in the field
7. Click Save

Your preferred first name will now display instead of your legal first name, for example, on shifts you're scheduled for.
