You may have workers who have never accessed their Everee account. This means they never completed onboarding and didn't create a log in, which prevents them from logging in to see important tax documents.
How to re-send access emails to workers
1. On the People page, select all desired filters (Active, Onboarding, Separated), then click 'Filters'.
2. Filter by 'Account Access' is 'No'.
3. From that list, use the 3 dot menu and select 'send access email'.
This action will trigger a new onboarding email for that worker.
They should fully complete onboarding and then they will have digital access to their tax docs.
Please encourage your workers to complete onboarding to access their account to ensure they have access to their tax documents which will be posted by January 31st.
