How much can I cash out with Instant Pay?
Up to $250 per transaction.
Why do I have to pay a fee?
The service provider charges a transaction fee. Everee does not charge this or make money from this fee.
Is there a limit to how many times I can cash out?
No, however, you are limited to cashing out $250 at a time of your Current earnings. The fee applies to each transaction. If your Current earnings are $1000, you can cash out up to four times in a single day to receive your full Current earnings balance (minus fees).
If you only need to get some of your Current earnings, you could simply do one transaction for a $1.00 fee and the rest will be paid to the bank account listed on your profile when your employer’s regularly scheduled pay cycle ends.
*If you have Current earnings available but cash out is disabled, check with your employer. They may have hit their funding limit.
Can I use Instant Pay with a bank account?
No, Instant pay works with Visa and Mastercard debit cards. If you do not wish to use the Instant Pay feature, your pay will be deposited into the bank account(s) listed in your profile on your employer’s regularly scheduled pay cycle (varies by employer).
Which card providers are accepted?
Visa and Mastercard, debit only.
Do I have to pay a fee to get paid?
Only if you want to get paid before the company’s regularly scheduled pay cycle. If you do not use the cash out feature, you will be paid to the bank account listed on your profile when your employer’s regularly scheduled pay cycle ends.
When can I cash out?
*24/7, as long as your employer has enabled this feature for you and your Current Earnings minimum balance is $1.01.
What are Current earnings?
This reflects work that you have completed that your employer has reviewed and prepared for payment. If your Current earnings balance does not reflect all of your latest completed shifts or work, contact your employer for more information.
