Employees can request and view PTO from the Everee mobile App
Eligible employees can request and view PTO from the Everee mobile app, on either the Home screen or "Time off" screen (Menu > Time off > Paid time off."
To request PTO, tap "Request time off" on the Home screen or "Request" in the Time off screen.
Time Off Screen
In the Time off screen, employees will see three numbers:
- Accrued balance: this is the employee's total accrued hours as of the current day
- Future requests: this is the total hours that employees have requested for future PTO
- Available to request: the difference between the two previous amounts; the amount of hours an employee can request as of today without their balance going below zero
Employees will also see future PTO requests and their approval status.
Note: you can view company holidays along with other PTO from the "Time Off" section.
Submitting a PTO Request
When making a PTO request, employees can choose the start and end dates, and enter how many hours they are requested for each specific day, or use the "copy to all" button to copy hours to the remaining days in the request. The app will calculate the hours being requested and display to employees how the request will affect their balance based on the current day's balance. Employees can also add an optional note to the approver.
All PTO requests are routed to the company admin for approval.
