Unlimited vs Flexibile PTO

If Paid Time Off is a benefit you want to provide to your employees, Everee can help. Everee provides two PTO programs for you to choose from:

• Unlimited PTO: this option allows employees to take as much PTO as they want - you of course still need to approve any PTO requests. 
• Flexible PTO: Admins can now select the Flexible PTO option when creating a PTO policy for their company. This option requires the admin to enter the accrual rate at which PTO hours are earned, choose a maximum accrual balance, and also select the EE classification eligible for the policy.

Note: we support only a single PTO program per client.
