Locations & Terminals

Everee Locations allow you to set up time Terminals for all of your business locations. These Terminals allow hourly employees to clock in and out and view their weekly history of time punches. 

To get started admins can create a Location which you can find under Organization

Next, create a Terminal for that Location. You can create as many locations as you like. 

You can name the terminal whatever you like but note that workers will see the name of the Terminal.

Once you create the terminal, you or anyone can pull up a web browser at that location by going to timeclock.everee.com. As the admin you can sign in using your credentials or you can generate a code from the terminal screen. Using either of these options will place the browser into Terminal mode. 

At this point, the Terminal is live and can be used by hourly workers. They will need their phone number and their pin. The pin is defaulted to the last for of their SSN but if they want a unique pin we can change that if necessary. 

Once the worker is logged in they can clock in or out. 

Note, because if a worker needs additional items they will have to log into their Everee account on another browser or use the Everee mobile app.
