Everee Locations allow you to set up time Terminals for all of your business locations. These Terminals allow hourly employees to clock in and out and are especially helpful if you have employees who don’t have a smart phone but still need to clock in.
Once a Location and Terminal has been created your employees will be able to clock in and out from a screen like this (below). They will use their phone number along with a 4 digit pin to access this screen. Note: if employees need to access more (pay stubs, PTO, holidays, etc) than just a timeclock then they need to access their My Account page which they can access from either the Everee Mobile app or they can access from app.everee.com.
To get started create a location from the "Organization" tab:
Once you created a location you can add as many terminals as you need.
Once you have added a terminal to a location you can fire up the terminal(s). Pull up, on the device you want your employees to use to clock in and out: timeclock.everee.com
Next, as an admin you can:
1. You can sign in with your admin Everee credentials OR
2. You can provide a code to an employee and they can add it to the terminal code field.
