Everee provides the ability to collect and save documents within your account. This means that you can store all of those important documents in a single place.
- Documents can be stored at the company level or employee level.
- Folders can be created and managed
- Documents can be downloaded, moved, deleted
You can store all your important company documents in Everee. Under 'Account' you can find your company documents. From here you can create folders so that you can keep your related material together. This is a great place to store tax documents.

You can move files from one folder to another
And you can view, download, delete the file itself
Much like company documents, you can store documents related to employees on the employee profile. Note: all of the same document storage experiences with folders, viewing, creating, can be done on the employee profile.
Note: employees can not see documents stored on the employee profile, only admins can see this.
Finally, when a worker separates from your company and you add documents to the separation form it will automatically create a 'separated' folder with any documents you add.
