As tax season approaches, we wanted to share how you and your workers will receive your W2s and 1099s. Your employees and/or contractors will be able to access their forms in the Everee mobile or web app. We will be uploading these tax documents before January 31 and we'll notify you when they are available. Once the documents are available, employees will receive an email from us with instructions as well.
A couple of additional notes:
- Employees/contractors who are no longer with your company will still be able to access their documents through the Everee mobile app and web app using their email and password. We will be notifying these individuals that their documents are available once they are ready.
- Everee admins will be able to view these documents on the employee/contractor worker profile under the 'documents' section.
- Everee will be mailing you paper files of these documents. If you have any employees who left your company prior to starting with Everee, we will produce the tax documents but you will need to send the documents to them directly.
