Welcome to Everee!
At Everee we care about worker experiences so we've designed a simple onboarding experience for you which supports employees as well as contractors. This is what you can expect and we recommend you give yourself about 10 minutes to complete this.
Some items you may want to prepare ahead of time:
- You will need some personal information like SSN or TIN
- You will need a routing and account number for your primary direct deposit account
- You will need to complete the necessary tax forms
Note, the examples in this article are focused on employees. Contractors experience a very similar albeit shorter onboarding process where we support contractor specific needs particularly the tax form.
If you don’t have everything you need to go through all steps you can always come back and fill it in later, but remember: you can’t get paid until you complete all steps.
Once your employer has added you to the Everee system you will receive an email with instructions.
Didn't get an email? If you are expecting this email but don't get it check all your email accounts or ask your admin which email is being used. If you don't have access to that email account, or the email was typed incorrectly, your admin can edit the email and resend the email.
First, enter your SSN or TIN.
Next, create your Everee account
- We recommend that you use your personal email when creating this account so that:
You can easily get your tax forms even if you leave your employer or - You may have multiple jobs where Everee provides pay and using a personal email will make this process much easier.
Now it's time to add your personal information
Then add your contact information
If applicable, you will be able to determine how frequently you get paid
Then it's time to add your direct deposit information.
Note: we support the ability to distribute your pay across multiple bank accounts. Once you have completed onboarding you will be able add multiple bank accounts from Account > Direct Deposit
For employees you will need to complete the fields required on the W-4
And that should be it
You now have onboarded with Everee.
If you need to pause onboarding you should be able to log into app.everee.com and resume your onboarding.
