With Everee document acknowledgement, you can ask workers to review, complete and acknowledge all of the business critical documentation necessary for your business from within Everee saving you time and keeping you organized.
Everee supports both federal tax document and any necessary state/jurisdictional forms.
During onboarding Everee will automatically collect the information needed to complete their state or jurisdiction. We use this information to calculate any taxes
First, workers will be asked to agree to sign electronically.
We then store a copy of the document on the worker’s profile
If the worker does not agree to sign / acknowledge, as an admin you can mark the document as signed from the worker profile
Workers have the option to change these fields from their My Account section of the Mobile app or via a browser
Note: we do not currently support the ability to download documents with worker signatures and details but the audit history provides all the necessary details include date and IP
