We want you to receive your pay when and where you want. In addition to having pay deposited directly into a bank account, you can also deposit your pay in popular apps like PayPal, Venmo and CashApp.
Getting started:
When you are onboarding with Everee we only ask that you add your primary account. Once you add the routing and account numbers all of your money will be deposited into this account and once you complete onboarding you can add additional accounts.
Nickname: this is a required field but you can add anything you want to this field. It’s for your convenience to help distinguish between other accounts you may add to Everee.
Institution name: this is a required field and it's the name of the financial institution.
Account type: this is simply a "checking" or "savings" option.
Routing number: this field is required and helps distinguish which financial institution you want the money deposited
Account number: this field is required and is the identifier for your personal account at the financial institution.
Returned payments:
If you get either of the routing or account numbers wrong, your payment will be returned to Everee and we will notify you via the email, on your Everee account to fix your account information. We will not be able to pay you until you change either the routing and account number (or both). To help expedite this process, Everee will email you everyday until you fix this problem. Admins can change your routing and account number if necessary.
Adding additional accounts:
Everee supports depositing money in up to three different accounts. Adding an account is easy and can be done from app.everee.com or from the Everee Mobile app. You will provide the same information you shared during onboarding but with details from your new account.
You will also need to tell us how you want to distribute your money. You can select either “fixed” or “percent” and this money will be deposited into your secondary accounts before your primary account sees any deposits.
Fixed: You can determine a fixed amount like “$100” to a particular account.
Percent: You can determine a fixed percentage like “10%” to a particular account.
Depositing money into PayPal, Venmo or Cash App.
If you want to deposit money into other apps like PayPay, Venmo and CashApp, you’ll need to make sure these apps are configured correctly and that you get the routing and account number for these accounts. NOTE: username is not sufficient to make deposit into these account types.
PayPal
To set up direct deposit in PayPal, log into your account, click on “more” and then “set up direct deposit.” Complete the necessary information and submit the direct deposit form. You can learn more about how to do this in PayPal here.
Venmo
Venmo’s support site includes step-by-step instructions on how to set up direct deposit here. The process varies depending on the version of the app you have.
CashApp
Visit CashApps detailed FAQ here for everything you’ll need to know about direct deposit, including how to set it up, deposit timing, account statements and more.
Once you’ve configured the settings in whatever app you use, you can then add it to your Everee account. In the Everee app, you’ll enter these accounts just as you would your bank account.
