So, you just received a notification from Everee that your pay is on the way but you checked your bank account and the deposit isn't there. You’re probably wondering, “Where is my money?”
Everee uses the NACHA system to get your pay to you on the same day. However, this does come with some visibility limitations. Because there are so many different banks and processing times, it is impossible for us to predict exactly when your pay will be deposited into your account. What we can tell you is that it should be by the end of the day, so wait until then before assuming there is a problem.
Troubleshooting tips:
- Make sure you have notifications enabled. Everee offers 3 types (email, text and push notifications through the mobile app). You can enable these by logging into Everee, clicking on Account, then Notifications. These notifications will let you know that your employer has approved payroll and to expect a deposit into your account by the end of the day.
- If you did not receive a notification and expected one, check with your employer. If they do not approve payroll by 1PM EST, you will get paid the next business day. There could be additional delays on the part of your employer so always check with them.
