• Add tenure bonuses to flexible PTO policies.

• Requesting PTO on the mobile app
  • Eligible employees can request and view PTO on the Everee mobile app. A "copy to all" button makes it easy to input the requested hours per day, and it's easy to see the total hours that an employee can request before going into the negative. Improvements and Fixes

• Removed the warning to employees that they would be unpaid for PTO hours requested that were more than their accrued PTO balance. The system supports employees going into a negative balance if they take more PTO than they have accrued. As they accrue PTO, their balance will grow to 0 and beyond.
• "My Account" page performance enhancements--it now loads a few seconds faster!
• Negative PTO balances are displayed to employees, rather than simply showing "0:00"
• Workers can claim open shifts via the mobile app
