• Stop payment 
  • Admins can stop the processing of a payment run or a payment to individuals in a payment run if it is approved outside the processing window. This will allow you to correct mistakes, make updates and delete approved payments when funds have not yet been transferred without contacting Support.
    • This functionality is only available from 11:30am MST to 5:45am MST the next business day. Anything approved between the hours of 5:46am MST and 11:30am MST on business days will require Support to make changes.
