Schedule displays preferred name

Workers can update their profiles to include a preferred first name, and if they do so, it will appear on the schedule that way as well. 

On the left, the legal first name, middle initial, and last name are displayed. On the right, the preferred first name, middle initial, and legal last name are displayed. If you have added a preferred first name to your profile, it will automatically start using that instead.
