Viewing your schedule
Web & Mobile app
You can access your schedule from the Everee home page by clicking either the Schedule navigation item or the “View your schedule” link. Your homepage will also highlight your next shift.
Your schedule will show all scheduled shifts, PTO, and unavailable time. Additionally you’ll be able to see shifts that are open or that have coverage requests - see below for more details about open/coverage shifts
You can choose to view one day or a full week and move forward and back with the arrows at the top of the screen. You can also choose to view just your schedule or everyone - see below for more details.
Clicking any shift will open the shift panel allowing you to review details and notes about the shift. You can also request coverage from this screen.
Also included on your schedule are metrics about your scheduled hours and wages and your actual hours and wages for the week.
View everyone
In both the mobile and web apps you can view the full schedule by selecting Everyone on the schedule view. This will show all shifts for all workers. To turn on this view in the mobile app, flip the toggle at the top of the screen to Everyone. To turn this view on in the web app, select Everyone from the dropdown at the top of the schedule view.
Managing your schedule
PTO
Eligible employees can request and view PTO from the Everee mobile and web apps. This can be done from either the schedule, by clicking the + on a date, or in the Time Off section. Select the days and hours for each day you want to take and then "Submit." Requests for PTO will be routed to the approving manager and then they will show up in your "Time Off" section of the Everee mobile app and on your schedule.
Unavailable time
Unavailable time can be added to your calendar by creating blocks in the Everee mobile and web apps. This time is not routed for approval by a manager. Unavailable time will appear on your schedule and managers will be able to see it to help avoid scheduling conflicts.
Coverage Requests
If you have been assigned a shift but you are unable to work it you can request coverage from other employees. To do so, click on the shift and use the Request Cover button. You may choose to open the shift to all workers or you can pick specific workers to make it available to.
Tip: if you’ve arranged a swap with another employee use this feature and select them as the only employee you are offering the shift to!
Note: workers with a ! next to them have a conflict and will likely not be able to work the shift
Open Shifts
Your manager may create shifts that don’t have a worker assigned - these are called open shifts. Open shifts will appear on your calendar and you can claim those shifts by clicking on them and clicking Claim Shift. Your claim will be routed to a manager for approval.
Note: it is possible for multiple workers to claim a shift, the manager is ultimately responsible for who works that shift by approving a claim.
