Organizational Chart

Everee supports the ability to view your company in both a list form and in an organizational chart (org chart). 

• Administrators and financial managers will be able to view and edit the org chart
• Organizing people will be available to all worker types: Hourly, Salary and Contractors

PRO TIP: When building your org chart with Everee start at the top. Select the person's profile and just assign direct reports and build the chart from there. 

Admins and Finance Mgrs will be able to toggle between the people page and the org chart.  

The Org chart will be driven by the new “Manager” field on the worker profile. 

This new manager field will be added to the onboarding screen 

Admins can also add direct reports 

The separation sequence will support reassigning workers who report to the person being separated.

Getting started with Org Chart has been considered here for both existing clients and new clients. The first time a user views the org chart we provide them with basic instructions on how to get started. 

Once the Org Chart has been created, viewing the Org Chart starts at the top of the organization (unless the user views from a worker’s profile then it will start at the worker’s level). Each card will indicate the number of direct reports the worker has

Any orphaned worker (without an assigned manager) will be visualized at the bottom of the Org Chart view

Clicking on the worker’s card will reveal a new slide out with information contextual to the workers organizational roles
