We have designed a simple and intuitive view for administrators to create and manage Approval groups within the Everee app.

Create

• In the left-hand navigation menu, click to expand Organization, which will default to the Approvals view.

• In the Approvals view, click the Add group button.

• The approval editor view is presented for you to:
  • Name your new group
  • Add approvers and assign approval roles
  • Add workers

Note the app automatically saves as you go, so there is no save button.

Manage

When you need to add or remove users or adjust the approval roles of your team.

• In the left-hand navigation menu, click to expand Organization, which will default to the Approvals view.

• In the Approvals view, click the group you'd like to manage in the table.

• The approval editor view is presented for you to:
  • Rename your group
  • Add or remove Approvers
  • Adjust the responsibilities of Approvers
  • Add or remove workers from the group

Have more groups to update? To access your list of groups again, you can click the back arrow near the page/group title or click Approvals in the left-hand navigation menu.
